In studies that integrate experiments and simulations, precise manufacturing capabilities enhance the reliability of experimental results and validate the alignment of simulations with real-world conditions. Beyond theoretical approaches, the ability to fabricate and evaluate materials directly is essential for developing more practical and effective energy management strategies.

Mechanical Manufacturing 

I am capable of utilizing lathe turning, milling, CNC machining(including NX program), laser cutter and FDM-based additive manufacturing to fabricate precise prototypes and experimental components. This allows me to process complex geometries, conduct design verification, and perform structural testing.

Composite Material Manufacturing

I can manufacture composite materials such as CFRP, controlling processes like fiber alignment, resin infusion, and curing to achieve desired mechanical properties. This enables the development of lightweight and durable components for various applications.

Electrode & Solid Polymer Fabrication

I have experience in manufacturing electrodes and solid polymer electrolytes for energy storage and conversion systems, such as batteries. I can perform key fabrication processes, including slurry preparation, electrode coating, calendaring, and polymer membrane fabrication, ensuring consistency and performance optimization. I am also familiar with post-processing techniques such as drying, heat treatment, and structural reinforcement to enhance electrochemical performance and mechanical stability.
